Abstract rules

The abstracts must be submitted in English through the online form available on the congress website:

Submission opens on April 1, 2023 and closes on June 11, 2023. Abstracts received after that date may not be accepted.

The acceptance decision will be available at the latest 22.08.2023

Instructions

The title should have a character count of no more than 150 (characters are defined as letters, spaces, and punctuation).

The title should be followed by the authors’ first name and surname (e.g. Juri Karjagin). Up to ten authors can be entered. First name, surname, and e-mail of the presenting author must be entered at the next step.

The main institution, city and country must be entered at the next step (e.g. North Estonia Medical Centre, Tallinn, Estonia).

The abstract should have a character count of no more than 2000.

State the purpose of the study, describe the methods used, summarise the findings, and define the significance of the findings. Standard abbreviations may be used, others should be described in full.

The Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts. The presenting authors will be informed whether the abstracts have been accepted for oral or poster presentation no later than July 17, 2023 and NEW DATE 22.08.2023.

Please note

The presenting author must be registered to the congress no later than August 31, 2023. The abstract will be deleted from the programme of the congress in case of failure to register.

Please inform the organisers in case of change of presenting author no later than August 31, 2023.
