Oral presentation

Invited speakers

  1. Please, prepare your presentation using MS PowerPoint software and save it as powerpoint presentation (.pptx or .ppt extensions)
  2. Please use widescreen aspect ratio 16:9
  3. Presentation has to be uploaded at presentation’s desk in faculty room no later than 60 minutes before session, 30 min for morning session. Technical delegate will help you, if needed. Using your own computer during presentation will not be possible.
  4. Please stick to the time schedule
    • please leave three (3) minutes for questions and discussion in case of 20 min presentation
    • Please leave two (2) minutes for questions and discussion in case of 15 min presentation

Abstract presenters

  1. The organisers prepared MS Powerpoint slides with congress background and kindly ask you to use pre-prepared template. You can download it here also.
  2. Your presentation can have eight (8) slides at maximum. So, please carefully prepare your slides, not to miss important information to share with colleagues. Save your presentation as powerpoint presentation (.pptx or .ppt extensions).
  3. Please, do not change aspect ratio of the slides. It should be widescreen 16:9, as in the template file you received.
  4. Please, upload your presentation at special desktop in the faculty lounge at least 30 min before you poster session. Technical delegate will help you, if needed. Using your own computer during presentation will not be possible.

Please stick to the time schedule and leave two (2) minutes for questions and discussion.

Poster presentation

Poster session will be held electronically and You must prepare the poster according to the following simple rules.

  1. Please prepare your poster using MS PowerPoint and save it as powerpoint presentation (.pptx or .ppt extensions).
  2. Screen will be 65 toll TV screen in landscape So, please in design tab >> slide size choose custom size and use width 142.24 cm and height 80 cm (corresponding to 16:9 aspect ratio). Please note, only ONE slide should be prepared.
  3. The poster must contain following sections:
    1. Title
    2. Authors with affiliations
    3. Aim
    4. Study design (case report, retrospective observational etc)
    5. Methods
    6. Results
    7. Conclusions

Please feel free to use tables, graphs, or pictorial material within the poster.

  1. Please check your poster at 65 toll screen to be sure everything look like you planned.
  2. Please upload the poster not later than 27.09.2023 12.00. Separate e-mail with unique link has been sent to each presenter
